Who is HC Brands?
Founded in 1954, HC Brands is a 65-year old manufacturer and e-commerce retailer of personalized products. Headquartered in Jacksonville, FL, as well as having production facilities in West Chester, PA, HC Brands is proud to provide jobs for over 100 employees. Today, the company is owned and operated by CEO, Bryan Croft and CFO, Steven Fernandez – a dynamic ownership team that is constantly evolving the company. Our Acquisition History
Are you next? We made our first acquisition in 2009 with a company called Lakeland Rubber Stamp. The previous owners, Tom and Doug, were in their mid-seventies and looking to retire. We were so pleased to take on their customer base and provide their customers with exceptional service and quality product; and Tom and Doug were pleased that their years of hard work didn’t go to waste and the customers that they had spent years getting to know, were taken care of. It was a match!
Since 2009, we acquired 8 more companies and we have learned a lot along the way! From all across the state – we have incorporated thousands of customers, dozens of pieces of equipment and employees, and two locations that are now used as manufacturing and shipping facilities.
