Customer Service Manager

HC Brands is searching for an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our e-commerce service delivery team. The candidate will be responsible for leading a team of approximately 20 customer service professionals and driving a “consider the customer first” company culture.

Who we are looking for:

• Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers, facilitate organic growth and assist with onboarding of new customers
• Assist the executive team with aligning company priorities with customer priorities
• Develop, document and train service procedures, policies and standards
• Build easy to use and helpful customer self service capabilities
• Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
• Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports…. Use data to drive decisions
• Recruit, mentor and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
• Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
• Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
• Eliminate waste and challenge the status quo
• Develop and manage the approved budget
• Maintain an orderly and efficient workflow aligned with company priorities

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4-year college degree with a minimum of 3 years management experience
• Results oriented, dynamic and data-driven leader with a proven track record of success
• Candidates with E-commerce and or customized business product experience will be given priority consideration
