HC Brands is looking for a mid-level SEO coordinator to help build organic traffic to 10 growing web stores. Candidates must have strong copywriting experience and possess proficient knowledge of current Search Engine Optimization best practices. HC Brands is a small, but fast-growing e-commerce company with a fun and inspiring work environment!

Core Responsibilities

The SEO coordinator is responsible for building content that ranks in search engines like Google. The primary functions of this role are SEO copywriting for e-commerce stores and blogs, and regular monitoring of Google search rankings. The SEO coordinator is also responsible for weekly reporting of organic traffic and revenue growth and must possess an understanding of Google Analytics.

Other Responsibilities Include:

• On-page and off-page meta and content optimizations
• Competitor research
• Content & keyword gap analysis
• Reporting of workflow and team processes
• Utilization of SEO tools to evaluate new traffic opportunities
• Constant monitoring of Google rankings
• Importing and exporting of data
• Link building and guest blogging

This position requires experience in:

• Excel
• Copywriting
• Strong Organizational Skills
• Strong Communication Skills
• Knowledge of site structure and hierarchy in relation to SEO
• E-commerce marketing
• Basic HTML, CSS and WYSIWYG editing

Experience or knowledge in the following is beneficial but not required:

• Link building
• Image editing
• SEO Tools such as ahrefs and Screaming Frog
