 *Product Information Analyst* 


At Holmes Custom, we are passionate about selling custom products. Here you will work in an exciting fast-paced environment setting up new products and ensuring great customer experiences on our e-commerce platform.  You will work closely with all areas of the business from marketing to production. The Product Analyst will support creation of new products and product categories; with focus on the development of understanding the customer experience and voice as well as technical knowledge of the product. We are an entrepreneurial business with a cool, high-tech atmosphere, and freedom to experiment.


 Job Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Setup new products/skus and product templates using the Magento Content Management System
  • Ability to analyze and enter data through using multiple tools including excel, google docs and webforms.
  • Create high quality user experiences using web form templates.
  • Work independently and manage daily data entry tasks; interacting with other team members as needed.
  • Team player - work well independently and in multi-team, cross-discipline environments.
  • Be part of an agile team and sharing responsibilities of testing and development as the role demands.

Experience / Skills Required

A Customer Service Respresentive at HolmesCustom is responsible for building great long-term Customer relationships one interaction at a time

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming customer calls, emails, chats regarding product questions, billing concerns, service questions
  • Enter “Customized” orders into production software systems accurately
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism and teamwork at all times and to all people

 This position handles all of the accounting needs of a company and is responsible for, but not limited to, maintaining the day-to-day accounting functions, accruals, financial statement preparation, and performing general accounting functions, as required. 

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Full cycle Accounts Receivable, including preparation of monthly invoices and maintaining customer and vendor records
  • Accounts Payable including purchase orders and vendor records maintenance
  • Bank reconciliations for depository accounts
  • Reconcile all balance sheet accounts; reviewing for input accuracy and prepare monthly reports and journal entries, as needed
  • General ledger maintenance
  • Administration of quarterly business and payroll taxes
  • Prepare monthly financial statements
  • Maintain required business documents
  • Assistance with the annual budget and audit process
  • New vendor setup and maintenance
  • Vendor statement reconciliation and discrepancies

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple software development and other technical projects simultaneously.
  • Own the process and be knowledgeable on the effective process steps needed to execute a project successfully and deliver business value early. Responsible for team performance and helping teams inspect and adapt the process and practices.
  • Initiates and plans projects successfully by setting up required meetings, involving the right SME’s, allocating resources, developing project release plans and iteration plans and producing the right deliverables during each phase.
  • Executes projects effectively by coaching the team on iterative delivery of high quality valuables stories. Sets up and facilitates the core backlog grooming, iteration planning, daily standup, demo and retrospective meetings.
  • Manages progress by keeping track of team’s daily performance. Identifies daily impediments/issues and takes ownership of resolution. Uses Agile management tools and big, visible charts for tracking progress and keeping the big picture in front of the team.
  • Reports and communicates current status and progress to management and stakeholders. Develops and delivers key reports such as project status, release burnups, earned value and others to the business and stakeholders.
  • Escalates impediments and issues professionally and holds owners responsible for removing them quickly.
  • Maintains project plans and makes sure the project is conforming to standards by using well defined project management methodologies. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. Manage overall project health including timelines, milestones, deliverables, issues and risks.
  • Documents requirements of key features and functionality to be handed off to developers and programmers.
  • Tests functionality to ensure it is reliable, stable and meets stakeholder needs. 

Experience / Skills Required  

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Business Administration
  • 3+ years of project management experience required
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in a hands-on position as a Scrum Master
  • Certified Scrum Master preferred
  • Certified PMP, PMI or CAPM preferred
  • Strong leadership, facilitation and team building skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required; technical writing experience would be considered a plus
  • Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC)

  • Migrate our E-Commerce platforms to a single multi-cart integrated platform
